Thank you for such great stay, having setting to water taxi. Nice to have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and an individual safe available. The place is close enough to Venice, the water bus.

The owner allowed early check-in and held our luggage after check-out. A cell phone and print out local info were provided. The room was large, clean, comfortable, and had a washer. Lovely canal views. Great location near watertaxi stop in a quiet neighborhood. Magnificent sunrise bird chorus.

The most amazing thing about this place was the stunning view from the balcony. It was absolutely breathtaking, and I could spend hours just gazing at it. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of choices to satisfy every palate. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants.
The carpets seemed old and dusty, and there were stains on the curtains. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable to stay there, as I had expected a higher level of cleanliness.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Venice! The owner was so kind and allowed us to check in early and hold our luggage after check out. They even provided us with a cell phone for local calls and GPS during our walks in the city. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel also had a washer, which was extremely convenient for our long trip. we were very comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and helpfulness of the staff.
Nothing all good.

My recent stay at Casa Di San Martino was simply exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The host provided clear instructions on how to reach the apartment, making the check-in process a breeze. The apartment itself was well-furnished and had all the amenities I could ask for. The thoughtful gesture of providing drinks and snacks upon arrival made me feel instantly at home. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a mobile phone in the apartment, which I could use to navigate around Venice and make calls. The host's uncle went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, even helping us with our laundry. The location of the apartment was perfect, in a quiet yet interesting part of Venice, with easy access to the main sites. I had a fantastic experience at Casa Di San Martino and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. The balcony, although small, was located next to my room rather than within it.
